Senior Pastor Jonathon Brown Jon and Kristyn Brown were both born and raised in Holland, Michigan, each graduating from Holland High School and Hope College. Jon graduated in 1999 with chemistry major and a biology/Spanish minor(s). Kristyn graduated in 2001 with an education/language arts composite major. Jon has since received an M. Div from Western Theological Seminary and is currently working on a Masters of Theology from Regent College in Vancouver, B.C. Jon and Kristyn have three daughters: Lydia, Tabitha and Miriah! Jon and Kristyn are eager to participate in proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ in this community and the world with First Reformed Church. Ryan is our Minister of Worship and Student Life. He and his wife,Karla West, have two children: Ellaand Greyson. Ryan West comes to us from Denver, Colorado, where Ryan served at Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church, and Karla pursued a career in viola and violin. Ryan is a graduate of Biola Universiry where he earned a BA in Biblical Studies and a minor in music. He also graduated from Talbot School of Theology earning a Masters in the Philosophy of Religion and Ethics.
