Going Deeper through:

Education & Worship Committees

These ministries include:

Education:
Adult Sunday School- at 10:00am every Sunday, between our two worship services,
we have two different adult Sunday School classes. One is geared towards
encouraging the faith and discipleship of younger parents, and the other is
               more doctrinally or theologically oriented.
Current Adult Sunday School class:
"Canons of Dordt" with Larry Vander Leest
Classes begin Dec. 2nd and conclude on the 16th.
The class will meet at 10:00am, Sundays in Room 13/14.
Children's Sunday School- We have Sunday school to nurture and encourage
the young and emerging faith of our children. The first class
is offered to preschool children and grade levels continue through High School classes.
Kid's Club- On Wednesday nights after "Free Food Wednesday", while
activities for all ages are offered, we host a Kid's Club ministry.
Singing, Crafts, snacks and stories are among a few of the
activities, all to encourage the faith of children up to age 9.
Home Groups- On the first and third Sundays of the month, small groups
from FRC meet in homes around the community. The purposes of our
               Home Groups ministry are three-fold:

1.) To connect people in smaller communities of faith

2.) To provide a place and people for visitors to connect more personally and relationally to folks from FRC.

3.) To deepen our faith through content of a study.

Ladies Bible Studies- On Wednesday morning and Tuesdays evening, ladies from FRC
meet in small groups to share life and deepen faith.
Nursery Ministries- Every Sunday morning, Wednesday morning,
during Home Groups and various other ministry nights, our nursery
is available for children between the ages of 0-3. It is a clean,
safe and nurturing place where our children are loved and cared for,
ty, we host an outdoor service. It's a way for us to welcome and encourage
our neighbors and community members to enter into the worship life of our congregation.
Vacation Bible School- "VBS" has long been a wonderful opportunity
for us to serve the young families of our community. For one week every
summer we welcome children of all ages into our church to learn about Jesus,
to sing songs, play games, enjoy crafts, and establish relationships with peers and adult leaders.
A special thank you to all who volunteered and participated in this years VBS. Click here to watch

often called the "contemporary" service is led by a worship team and worships primarily
through singing of songs, hymns and spiritual

the second service, is made up of hosts of instrumentalists
and vocalists as well as technologically skilled people.
